Do I need to be an attorney to enroll?

No. True Trust University trains facilitators, not attorneys. You guide clients through our proven templates and submit deals to our fulfillment team. You never draft legal documents or give legal advice.

How does the 15% commission work?

When you submit a deal through your Vault App, our team handles all fulfillment. Once the deal closes, your 15% commission is automatically tracked and paid out to you.

Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?

Yes. You can upgrade to annual billing at any time and receive a prorated credit for any remaining monthly payments. Contact our team to make the switch.

How long does certification take?

Most professionals complete the 4-module curriculum and pass the exam within 1–2 weeks. You can go at your own pace.

What is the Private Trust Registry?

Our proprietary registry allows trust records to be held privately and moved between jurisdictions (California, Philippines, Guam), making it significantly harder for local courts to access or freeze assets.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you complete the curriculum and feel the program is not right for you, contact our team within 30 days for a full refund.
